"Pros: amazing rural setting, complete with cows, sheep, donkeys and chickens. The owner was efficient and responsive throughout. She very kindly made a phone call for us as our Spanish was not good enough. A good center from which to see many wonderful sites. Small but adequate kitchen, ditto bathroom. Comfortable beds. "The only thing is that due to its location the parking is complicated and smelly, we just left the car in there to the last day. The breakfast buffet was just good, but they don’t clean the used tables, so we moved the dirty dishes ti another table to be able to seat where we want, and you need to ask for juice etc; the staff were good and nice, but what happen is that there’re only two workers; they moved fast and wanted to help everyone but there were much of guest for only two staff. On the other hand Marea Alta has great menu and the staff was very professional and friendly; the paella was exquisite, I recommend it. "
