"This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"This home was wonderful. The view was of waves, birds, sand and dolphins. The street was quiet. Good location as it was near beaches and canyons. Close to Venice and Santa Monica as well as The Valley. Space was open and light. Easy to talk to host about anything."

"Nice property, good location. BUT if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait or go to a hotel. We could not work the lock, and it took 5 hours (by then it was after 11p) for management to get back to us. This is unacceptable and got us off to a bad start. The hot water in the master bath was unreliable, although in the sink and in the hall bath was ok. There is no dishwasher, which worried me about whether the previous guests were diligent when washing their dishes. And the remote on the TV...

"This condo is very nice, in a safe area, quiet, and well stocked with kitchen items and linens. It also has a dedicated covered parking space. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. It is a very short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this condo."

"Great location to grocery stores and restaurants .. nice to be off of the PCH.. less noise Loved being able to walk on the beach right from our front door Unit was clean and bed was very comfortable .. sheets and towels were lovely Needed to place a few magazines under the bed frame to keep it level but then worked fine A minor recommendation would be to stock with Saran Wrap and aluminum foil for guests Lots of dish towels but couldn’t find a dish cloth There is construction right adjacent...

"We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the area is great. The only downfall was the pool is being renovated so we didn’get to enjoy it. Once it is done it will be a perfect spot for a vacation! We saw dolphins as we sat on the patio and loved listening to the waves at night! If we are ever back in the Malibu area we would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home."

"Fun to stay in an airstream. Easy street parking. They offer shared bathrooms and showers besides what is in the airstream. They are clean and well maintained."
