"We thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beauty of the scenery and the proximity of the creek was great, and everyone in our three-generation crew loved it. We played in the creek, watched mule deer and hummingbirds with binoculars, threw frisbee, played bucket golf, played cards on the swings, made meals on the Blackstone, and relaxed with campfires under the stars. Literally wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe stay twice as long. Carolyn is a phenomenal host as well. The 50 minute gravel road drive is worth being prepared for (bring all you need for your stay on your first trip in!), but only added to the experience in our opinion (we are outdoorsy and prefer to be away from the crowds). Hope to return someday!"
