Oxford Suites Portland - Jantzen Beach

Oxford Suites Portland - Jantzen Beach

10/10 Excellent
"Nice well maintained place w/ secure parking area. Staff were very nice. The room was clean however we did step in a sticky section of the rug. But it isn’t noticeable until we stepped there. Staff are very friendly."

"The staff were wonderful, from check in to check out. The room was clean and well stocked. The housekeepers acknowledged you, and were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were cold both .mornings, no patty sausage the first morning (none restocked while I was in the DR.) The fruit was over ripe and inedible. Hopefully, they can work on keeping the food at least warm.(the DR was fullish, and it was 30 min after they open breakfast). I think it's ridiculous to charge for parking, especially when there's barely enough spots to accommodate all the vehicles. I've traveled extensively, and never paid for parking before. Keep up the great customer service, please work on the food and parking."

8/10 Good
"The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the hotel lobby and rooms were clean and presentable at all times. The staff was very polite and courteous, and willing to help however they could. My only reason I didn't rate it excellent in all areas of this review is that the room I was in seemed a bit rough around the edges. The toilet seemed to require 10-3 flushes regardless of use, and the shower floor was a bit slippery. Those matters are not the staff's fault; they just happen with frequent visitors. I would recommend that if you need or plan to stay in downtown Portland for a few days, this could be a great option."
