Constructive feedback would be cleanliness of property, we have to remove dishes and seep mop floor as was very grotty on arrival not what you expect whilst being on holiday. Mould found in en-suite roof above window health concern. Need to include tea towels as part of the linen inclusions. BBQ fat needs removal on the outside tiles when wet causes safety issues on guests slipping. Plants need to be replanted all dead or with weeds. Recommend if these small points...

"The property was OK and served it's purpose....I hardly used it. I booked a 3 x week stay last minute....it would have lain empty but for my booking. At the end of the stay they tried to extract money for cleaning which was entirely spurious. I have a 5 Star rating on Home Exchange from more than 20 stays....I always leave a place better than I find it.
