"We disliked,the loudness of the music from the bar area. It seemed to be being played for the staff as it was observable from our room that there were no customers from time to time. The loudness, up to 10pm, showed scant regard for people staying at the hotel. We don’t suggest it be turned off but that reasonableness leads to it being turned down to an acceptable level that does not overly annoy others staying at the Sebel."

"This was a lovely stay - the apartment is spacious, well laid out and close to the beach and the Main Street. There is a huge balcony with plenty of room for groups to sit around and mingle."

"The apartment is modern, clean and tidy and I would rate it 'good' but not 'great' which it potentially could be with some minor improvements - better furniture, some wall art, some decoration (any) touches to make it more homely and less sterile for example. There are views of the ocean and beach, albeit slightly obstructed by the sports field seating/roof across the road and all other facilities are as described. The second bedroom now has sliding plantation shutters to form a wall and door....

"Bella-K is a well equipped comfortable property however 1 bathroom was out of order and unusable when needed to prepare for a wedding, this spoiled the stay. It took some time for the matter to be rectified and new towels were requested to replace those used to mop up the flooded bathroom but were not supplied."

"Arrived at time advised which was 4pm. After having difficulty gaining entry to unit found unit had not been cleaned. Contacted agent who arranged cleaning but this required me vacating the premises for an hour and a half. As compensation I was offered late checkout on Sunday which would have been okay if it had fitted in with travel plans. Location great. Fitout comfortable."
