"Extraordinary boutique hotel. We had a delightful stay. The owners show you to your room, are there every day, and offer good sight-seeing and restaurant advice. The room, like all the decor, is lovely, the beds are comfy, and the table on the balcony is great for coffee. "On arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room which was beautifully designed with some lovely historical touches! We had a gorgeous room with a fabulous view too right out to the bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re up for being transported back in time. We loved it ! "
"In general, the experience was really good. The property needs some level of refurbishing, but it's good. The breakfast could improve as well. The best thing are the surroundings and being 10mins by car from Saint-Jean-Pied-Du-Port.
The rooms are quiet and they have enough space, but it would be nice to have more attention to details such us: there was no fridge or shower gel (no shampoo). The pillows are as well something to improve, they are more like cushions."

"Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain.
Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. "
