The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. They were very quick to respond to any questions through Whatsapp. We didn't find street parking, but there is a free public parking lot at 11 Rue de la Madeleine. The location is...

We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again!

This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent

After some of the negative comments I had read, I was honestly a little worried, but I had NO complaints. The hotel is beautiful, the air conditioning is frigid (it was 105 degrees F outside), the room, positively sumptuous. The dinner was great. The breakfast was simple but perfect. The parking lot is around the corner, but safe. And it’s centrally located.
