The property, 22 m², offers a comfortable and functional space for a pleasant stay. It has private parking within the estate and access via a ramp. Before entering, you will find a charming terrace covered by a kiwi vine, which provides pleasant shade during summer and creates the perfect corner for breakfast or relaxing outdoors.



From the terrace you access the pool area, the gazebo, and the rest of the estate. The pool is shared with the other property on the estate and offers a peaceful environment to cool off and enjoy the surroundings.

• No smoking inside the property or throwing cigarette butts on the grounds.

• No pets without prior authorisation.

• Please keep noise to a moderate level, especially after 11:00 PM, to respect the neighbours' rest.

• We recommend using slippers or indoor footwear to keep the house in the best condition.

• Please avoid walking on carpets with shoes or wet feet.

• Do not sit on sofas with wet clothes or towels.

• The pools and garden are shared areas; please use them with respect and keep these spaces clean for everyone's enjoyment.

• For safety and comfort, only guests included in the booking may access the accommodation.

• If additional people access the property without prior notice, a surcharge per person will apply.

• Events, parties, and additional guests are not allowed without prior authorisation.
