Welcome to our new home! Our dream home is ours to share with you and your family! Create wonderful memories in this gorgeous Cambria Park Hill location, steps from Shamel Park with views of the ocean and take your favorite Paso Robles or Templeton wines with you to our backyard beach with park benches and forever views!
Take walks along beautiful Fiscalini Ranch on the bluffs - just a 1/3 of a mile to the trail head.

What do you love to do on the Central Coast? Wine taste, whale watch, visit Hearst Castle, Cayucos, Morro Bay, and don't forget to just sit on the deck with your coffee and gaze onto the most wonderful part of our California coast. Cambria is know for the pines and the sea, our quaint town and monthly attractions from the Scarecrow festival to the Christmas Market to the Friday Farmers Market, Fourth of July fireworks at Shamel Park and so much more!

This place is very well appointed with a lot of nice attention to detail. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions beforehand and kindly touched bases once during our stay to make sure all was well.Was lovely and comfortable to stay here so close to the beach and with a fantastic view!

The property is spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the ability to sit comfortably around a dining table or on the sofas to chat and hang out. We also liked that it's centrally located, minutes from beaches, trails and Cambria town center.

Perfect Holiday Getaway in Cambria

We stayed at this home during the Christmas holiday and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly located. Its proximity to the ocean and the ranch walk made our stay even more special. This is, without a doubt, one of the best homes in Cambria, and we would happily stay here again. Truly amazing!

Truly a special house

A lovely kitchen (we love to cook), tmany amenities, very comfortable beds, there are stairs, but that wasn't an issue for my group The cliffs were very close, we walked there for sunrises and sunsets, just a little ways away you can go down to the beach. THis was a wonderful retreat for our group, truly magical.

Another perfect vacation!

Our yearly vacation to Cambria wouldn't be the same without the incredible rental property from Terry and Dave. Their hospitality is second to none. Love the big comfy soaking bathtub and the modern kitchen. Already planning our next trip!

Comfortable Elegance

This is one of the very nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed in. It is kept beautifully, clean, well stocked, and fresh flowers on arrival. The cozy mornings by the fireplace. Sun on your face in the afternoon on the deck. The amazing park on the bluff just steps away. So much to love. That is why we keep coming back. Thanks the wonderful hosts for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful and comfortable home, great location

We loved our family stay at this home. It has plenty of room with privacy areas and family gathering space, and is a very comfortable home …..very nice new kitchen, and the main bedroom has an enormous bathroom. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. We absolutely recommend staying at this home if you’re looking for space for a family or 2 or 3 couples to enjoy the coastal area. The home is lovely, very comfortable and well appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The owners conscientiously ensure a superb experience. The location is fantastic - just half a block to a small park area with benches for enjoying the ocean view; short walk to Fiscalini Ranch for its easy trail along the cliffs. Truly exceptional.

Stunning house and location

We loved our 3 nights at this magnificent, beautifully furnished house just steps from the beach. Hearing the ocean at night was a huge treat. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen amazingly well-stocked, and the furnishings tasteful. The hosts were great communicators and answered all questions immediately. The check in process was easy. All instructions were clear. We highly recommend this wonderful house with its super helpful hosts.

Lovey Cambria home steps from the water

Beautifully decorated updated home very close to the shore. Walking distance to trails. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked and great to prepare meals in. In October there is a scarecrow festival in the town which was fun to see all the entries from local businesses and residents. We enjoyed a trip up to the Elephant Seal Preserve, which is always a draw when we are in the area. We took dogs to a local very impressive dog park on the other side of town. Launch and wine tasting in San Simeon. The house was very comfortable with a fireplace in the living room and partial ocean views. It was a wonderful stay! Terry was super responsive with questions and checked in to make sure all was okay. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful property. Comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. Well stocked kitchen with everything labeled so we knew where to put kitchen items after using them. What a fabulous get away! The home was clean, comfortable and with lovely views.Although there were enough rooms for more people, we only needed the upstairs bedroom but appreciate the space and dog friendly back yard. Our golden retriever got a break from the heat too! We will definitely stay again. Cambria is our go to place.

Amazing Beach House

This was our 3rd straight summer in Cambria and the first at Terry and Dave‘s Beach House. This house was perfect for our family of six and 2 dogs. The home is impeccably decorated, appointed with everything we needed for our five night stay and comfortable in every way. We are already planning our next summer trip to this amazing house! Gorgeous property we had the best time! Spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and comfortable. Ocean views from every room on the 2nd floor including from the enormous soaking tub. Kitchen well stocked with anything you can possibly need. Host was very kind and responsive. Two houses from the ocean & a very short walk to fiscalini reserve. Great small grassy yard if you are traveling with pets. We can't wait to visit again!! 10/10

Retreat by the Sea

This is a home away from home. Not only is the location great and the house spacious, it is well appointed and the hosts have seen to every necessity. It is obvious they take great pride in their home, because it is spotless and every room is decorated and ready to go. It is super close to the West Village and Moonstone Beach. Plus, there are beautiful bluffs just steps from the home. The hosts checked in with us and appreciated feedback. They are kind and attentive but not over the top. You should definitely stay here. The master is on the top floor and feels miles away from the other 3 rooms making this a great stay for friends or extended family but might be difficult if you have tiny kids. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, cozy home in fantastic location!

This home is the ultimate vacation stay! The furniture and beds were all very comfy; and the furnishings were lovely. The location was amazing - easy walking access to the beautiful coastline and gorgeous views along the way! It was a short drive to see the elephant seals or the sea otters. The host was very helpful with questions prior to our renting it, as well.

Perfect spot for a girl’s weekend!

The location was wonderful! We walked to the Fiscalini trail and to Moonstone Beach. The house was beautiful and perfect for our girl’s trip. We cooked dinner in one night and went out to eat the other. It was a lovely weekend!
