About this space
From the balcony of this Kozy Waterfront Condo, enjoy relaxing sunsets overlooking the marina, and a birds-eye-view of the Choptank River Lighthouse. The condo is in a gated community and close to most of what Cambridge has to offer. As an example, Sailwinds Park, site of the Dorchester County Visitor Center and Governors Hall, is 1/4 mile away. A favorite of tourists and residents, Sailwinds Park, offers a variety of fun activities such as free concerts, lively festivals, and great cookouts.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the entire unit, and free use of its laundry room. This includes the use of laundry detergents, bleach, fabric softener, iron and ironing board.
Other things to note
The condominium is equipped with a Security System, which detects Intrusions, Carbon Monoxide, and Smoke. A First Aid Kit is provided, along with two Fire Extinguishers. Also, in the case of an "Exiting Emergency", an emergency exit plan is posted on the door exiting the condo. The stairwell that exits the building is less than 4 feet from the condo's front door.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food from the fridge Remove sheets and towels and place them in the laundry basket in the laundry room. Remove all trash to the outside dumpster
Place air conditioner on 78 or if during cooler season place heat on 65 degrees
Do not lock the bottom lock. When leaving hit the yale symbol on the lock, that will lock the top lock.

Cambridge Hydroplane races

The property is stunning as is the decor in the condo. Truly a lovely place to stay! The owners provided detailed instructions and were in contact with us during our stay! We hope to be back next year!
