"1. Very clean room and walkways 2. Friendly staff 3. Good breakfast options 4. Has multiple fastfood options in the same parking lot 5. The exterior of the property is not maintained at all. Uncut grass, lots of weeds and shrubs. 6. Probably a 2.5 star amenities hotel. Not 3 star as indicated in Hotels.com or Expedia. 7. Finding the property from the road the first time was tricky during the night."
