"Great space for a team meeting and retreat! Close enough to everything in Ankeny we could zip into town and grab what we needed or for dinner and it was also far enough away that the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for some walks!"

"New construction home decorated better than a model. Better than the pictures. So many little extras that add up to an amazing experience. Pride of ownership evident. Host communication always timely, often instant. Perfect in every way! So happy to have found this. Perfect location in north Ankeny making it a no brainer for ISU events."

"This home was absolutely perfect for our entire family! Everyone had their own room and space to move around. All bathrooms were located perfectly and each one had a shower! Talk about conveniently located, so close to the Well for wrestling!! I hope to be able to get it again next year! It would be perfect for the state fair as well. Thank you for everything!"
