"Pros:
Excellent location – Perfect if you want to avoid driving into Cambridge city centre.
Helpful housekeeping staff – The cleaning staff were friendly, polite and very helpful throughout our stay.
Comfortable stay – The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us.
Cons:
Poor mobile and Wi-Fi signal – There was no mobile signal inside the room and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak. We reported the issue to the front desk and although they rebooted the router, it did not...
"Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...
"The corridors smell of dirty carpets and our rooms aircon was not working. They didn't offer any compensation or change of rooms, just brought a fan. Otherwise just an average business hotel."
