Cozy and sunny apartment on the seafront of Vilafortuny beach, ideal for a family holiday. It can accommodate 4 people, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and a second with 2 individual beds. The apartment has an open kitchen, fully equipped, as well as a comfortable living room.

The terrace of 10 m2, is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy meals and relaxing moments.

Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the rooms and free Wifi. Free parking in the property.

Important: groups of young people under the age of 27 are not accepted. Do not send the request if the requirements are not met. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for guests who do not comply with this condition.

La proximité de la plage et cette superbe vue de la terrasse

Très bien située.La terrasse est très agréable.On ne peut en dire autant de la cuisine vétuste où la mauvaise surprise fût que le lave-vaisselle annoncé était inexistant ansi que le four.En revanche il y a un placard-égouttoir rouillé donc inutilisable.Quant à la capacité de loger 6 persones,c'est absolument faux car il est impossible de mettre 4 lits dans la chambre où il y en a deux : chaque lit a une largeur au sol de 82 cms et entre les 2 lits l'espace est de 120cms...il faudrait donc 164 cms pour que rentrent les 2 lits...A la rigueur on pourrait en mettre un troisième (en enlevant la table de nuit ! )mais j'aimerais que l'on m'explique où on pourrait mettre le quatrième ???? S'il y avait un canapé-lit dans le salon 6 personnes pourraient se loger bien qu'avec une seule salle de bains et de surcroît le seul wc dans cette s.de bains,on ne peut dire que ce soit très pratique pour...6 personnes...D'ailleurs il n'y a que 2 fauteuils et 2 chaises de terrasse...Le prix demandé pour cet appartement est tout à fait exagéré par rapport à ses prestations surtout quand celles-ci sont de plus mensongères. J'ai souvent loué par Abritel que ce soit en Espagne ou en France mais je n'avais jamais eu de problèmes de ce genre fort désagréables au demeurant. Et pour couronner le tout ,la commande de la porte du parking ne fonctionnait pas et après réclamation à l'agence on m'en a donné une autre mais pour cela quelqu'un est rentré dans l'appartement et l'a déposée sur un meuble au lieu de nous téléphoner ...Inadmissible et...illégal...
