"We stayed for 1 night . The room was very clean well appointed and quiet and overall very comfortable. We ate lunch dinner and breakfast which we had pre booked. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money. Lunch and dinner both delicious. All staff were very helpful and attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back in tbe future. Key poiny for us was the overall value for money and pleasant and very helpful staff. Recommended. "

"No hangers in wardrobe. Friends who were staying have us some of theirs. Broken window blind lying on floor in room. Both these things reported right away . Asked for change of room but hotel full due to a coach party being in. Employee couldn’t repair blind as fitting broken. Used the throw blanket from bottom of bed to cover window . Disappointing. As blanket thin an outside lights shining in . "

"Lovely clean and comfy rooms "

"Beautiful hotel and location. Staff friendly but lack of communcation and so confusion upon check out with upgrade. We upgraded to the Bruce suit, which was a beautiful room but the batroom let it down slightly and in need pf some tlc. Otheriwse wouldve been 5 stars and fully recommended."

"A great location right in the heart of historical Stirling. The hotel was comfortable and the food good. The condition of the hotel was absolutely fine, but is in need of a bit of a refresh"

"Clean room was upgraded as first room was a disabled room reception were so helpful and ensured we had robes for spa area Sophie definitely went above and beyond so attentive with a great customer care approach for such a young lady a great representative of the Hilton Brand please pass on my comments "
