I literally had driven 4 hours to be told “sorry” we gave your room to someone else. How can this be legal. FYI I have not been credited my room fee back as of a day later. Poor treatment, poor handling and completely unprofessional manager. I would avoid this location, frankly the entire chain if this is the way they treat clients."
