Amazing House with great views!

This house is a perfect getaway for a group of adult couples! Awesome location on the golf course with great views. Very impressed with the layout of the home and cleanliness.

Fabulous home!

This is a beautiful, scenic, well appointed home. Everything you need upstairs and down! The pool is really a neat feature, as they used a cargo container! Creative recycling! You won’t be disappointed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway House

The house was very clean, spacious, and absolutely beautiful! Several bedrooms opened up to decks/patios and had a lakefront view. The pool was nice and clean! Love that the rental cane with floating devices and kayaks for the lake. We had the best girls weekend!

Great House, very well stocked

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Really nice home that was very well equipped. There were water toys, board games and a very well stocked kitchen. Great for large groups with plenty of space including two laundry rooms, a huge kitchen and a second kitchenette in the lower level, three full size refrigerators.

July lake vacation

Property location, parking and house itself was excellent. We wanted something off the main channel of the lake and this location was excellent. Had little issue with A/C and property Manager was right on it and very attentive to the need. Only thing with the lake in this area is water is only 4-5' deep for swimming.

Perfect Place

Our family and guests totaling 14 have been going to Lake Of The Ozarks over Memorial Day weekend for many years. This is the first house that we have gone back to. The family loves the house and with 2 bunk rooms, we have perfect sleeping arrangements. Property managers are quick to take care of any issues.

Lovely home!

Beautiful home! We were in a home built just in the last year, and it was perfect for the 15 people we had in the house. The lake was down a bit, but the neighborhood was perfect for walking, and the owners were very accommodating about us using the pontoon boat. Absolutely recommend!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was fantastic! We got together with extended family (15 people, total) to celebrate Thanksgiving and it worked perfectly for a group our size. The owner and property managers were always prompt and friendly with communication and answering questions. The house had nearly everything we needed and was spacious and sunny. I would love to go back in the summertime to enjoy the lake and pool.

The best house!!

This house exceeded our expectations! First of all, the pictures don’t even do this house justice for how insanely beautiful and clean it is! It’s in a great neighborhood, quiet part of the lake with so many accommodations for water activities such as floaties, paddle boards, noodles, etc. We had everything we could possibly need and plenty of bathrooms and showers which is a huge plus especially when you have a large group. Owners and property manager were very accommodating and friendly! Wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted something close to the ballpark. This was a great location to the ballpark and not far from running into Camendton for groceries or food. The house was beautiful and well taken care of! It met all of our needs and more! The owner is very generous on supplying lots of pool accessories, pool towels, plenty of seating on both decks, life jackets, and more! We had a few families staying here and the kids loved the flexibility of having the pool, plus the lake right there for fishing or swimming. Old Kinderhook is gated and we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The only negative I would say, was the driveway is very steep!! We would definitely come back to this property anytime!!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home. Lots of space for the 16 of us. Nice view of the water and Old Kinderhook golf course. The water was shallower than we thought it would be. The teenagers put the splash pad at the end of the dock & had some fun. Nice pool for the rest of us. The Hot Tub does not run during the summer months. We rented the owners Pontoon for 2 days. We made stops at "The Cave" which had a swim up bar, and the "Land Shark" which also had a bar and swimming for all ages. Lots of fun!

Great home in Old Kinderhook with large fsmily area

This property is just as described. Richard was so nice to meet us when we checked in and explained everything about the property. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved looking at the lake while watching the kids. This is by far the best setting we had for a private pool. The house is new with four bedrooms on the lower level which are very quiet and additional two bedrooms on the main level. All the bedrooms have great bathrooms. The house has tons of towels, including beach towels and ample paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap and hand soap. The kitchen was more than adequate with all the supplies we needed, including 2 pie plates that I used to make quiche one morning. We’ve always stayed in Osage Beach before but now we are sold on old Kinderhook, it is a lovely resort. I would highly recommend this property.

Check in was super easy, our hosts were quick to respond and address issues and the house was beautiful and well maintained. It is on a quiet cove so we could easily swim and kayak all day. The water is rather shallow so docking a boat is difficult but a public boat slip is close by.
