Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."

"A familyrun little Hotel with a few rooms. We got the best room with a terass and view of the sweet garden. The room was very good, well planned with a perfect bed and a coffeemachine. "We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan about service that should be in place without complaints. I raised it today at check out again, yes, I got an apology but it’s just not good. We will not return!"
