"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it.
Very big room and delicious breakfast as well.
There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. I was hoping to use as it said it was opened in the...

I joined my wife in Italy. She had been in Matelica for two weeks and needed to stay one additional week. Since I did not have business in Matelica we decided that we would find a place outside of the town where I could relax. Based on reviews we selected Borgo Lanciano. The property is large and very well kept. The room was spacious and overlooked the outdoor pool with a view toward the hills. Nice, recently built facility. Quiet. Clean. Offering large room and extra-large bathroom. Extra-accomodating staff. Three minutes from 'superstrada' though secluded in the quiet small town. Easy in-out location with free parking next to park and a nearby small museum. Good buffet breakfast.

This property is truly special. It is in a gorgeous location. The food is excellent. Our room was huge and so charming with a huge tub. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. It is the quintessential Italian countryside inn with magnificent views. The only thing to be improved on would be the servers at dinner seemed perfect one night and then the last night a bit confused and not really understanding English or timing of bringing the dishes. My salad still on the table and...
