On August 17, 1959, a 7.5 earthquake occurred in southern Montana, killing 28 people and creating a lake. It is one of the more creepy places that I've been to. There are tons of bleached snags poking out of the water which in the evening become a popular nesting place for ravens. This photo was taken just after sunrise. #waterlust

"Property and Home were very clean, communication with the property manager was great - had a small issue with the satellite connection and the property manager was very responsive and able to reset the system very quickly for us. "Ten guys, two days of great snowmobiling! The house was a terrific home base, close to rental places and restaurants. It had everything we needed. "No complaints at all. With only two of us there was more than enough room. That was good because we had so much stuff for skiing to organize and dry out before repacking our back packs. Bed and bedding was good in master suite. Kitchen was good. Bathrooms were good.Location is only a few minutes from town- very handy. We would stay there again."
