"The 1974 Atmosphere of the property was OK. However, 5 issues stood out that dampened our stay. 1 Storm door at the entrance was warped . wouldn't close. 2 Bathroom light didn't work, necessitating leaving the door open, while using the toilet or shower. In a studio apt, this left no privacy. 3 Oven was dirty, didn't want to use. 4, Overall lighting was dim. 5. Host was responsive to calls, but nothing, especially the bathroom light ever got fixed"

"Overall, the property is very located with easy walkability to town. There is also ample parking around to store your vehicle and an attached garage. The main draw-back was around cleanliness. The garage should have been at least leaf-blown. It was quite dirty even for a garage. Additionally, while in the bathroom there was a mouse that crawled under the door. When it saw me it ran away so I couldn't take a picture of it. They should definitely get a pest control service to the house. The value...
