"The house overall is in a good location and accessible to places. The house was decorated as the pictures depicted but the outside was not as pleasant. The shutters need to be replaced or painted, the garage cans were filled with trash, and it looked a bit abandoned. I drove past the house twice because the address was wrong on the listing. The house looks old and probably being used as a rental property. However the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly because it has a mildew odor...

"Great secluded location with beautiful view and swimming pool. If you like country living this is the place for you. Commercial ice maker in garage is a nice touch. Two small observations: Bed count seems off, which did not make any difference to our group because we were smaller and kitchen could use a little better cooking pots, pans and utensils. If you are not used to living or staying in the county the hot water has an odor. Not an issue as it it just the water reacting to the anodes in...

"This was a perfect base for graduation weekend! The house is less than 20 minutes from College Station and we were able to avoid any heavy traffic. It was peaceful and well appointed and had all we needed. It wasn’t the kind of weekend we could make the most of them, but there were several chairs on the wrap around porch we would have made more of if we could! Beds were comfy and the whole house was clean. Recommend!"

"This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys!"

"Our stay at the Restore 38 Ranch was everything we had hoped it would be. It was secluded enough that we could enjoy our time outside without any concerns but close enough to town to shop and go to restaurants. The home and pool were clean and very well maintained and we were very impressed by the decor. There was something to do for everyone and we can't wait to book our next visit."
