"There was a cricket in our room we killed immediately. Dark spots in the ceiling. The toiletries in the bathroom were small and the lotion appeared to be used. Towels looked dingy white and were not soft. Breakfast was yummy we had Diced potatoes, eggs, French toast bananas and apple juice. Parking was great in-front of our room. It appears that the renovations were for the bathroom. I did not see an ice machine."

"It was amazing my hotel stay made it more enjoyable. I enjoyed the breakfast. I enjoyed the staff. They were wonderful. They were great. I had a puppy and they made my puppy feel very comfortable as well and I’m looking forward to my next trip so that I can stay there again. ."

"Above and beyond Customer EXPECTATIONS .... I came to this property for a funeral for a family member. I had not been to Albany in over 25 years. The customer service & entire staff ( all WORK CAPACITIES ) were AMAZING, TOP TIER AND THE ECHELON OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS MARRIOTT PROPERTY. 10 OUT OF 10 I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND ‼️"

"The property itself was nice. You can tell the rooms have been redone. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The front desk when we checked in was helpful. Once we got settled in we realized we only had 1 towel. We asked for more and we had to follow up later again to actually get more. We had no coffee or cups in our room and had to ask for that too. The coffee maker didn’t even work. The breakfast was sufficient. Check out was easy. We would stay again despite the little problems."
