We were traveling very late and found this hotel on Expedia. Called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving later and Katie was so sweet! She put us at ease that we would be able to check in later with no problems. Front desk clerk got us checked in quickly and was very kind. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were monitoring area to clean and refill food as it was taken.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay near Syracuse, this is place is a very good choice! The house is beautiful and sweet like home, and the breakfast is pretty delicious. There are some good restaurants nearby too, so don't need to worry about where to have dinners.
The only thing is that they really need to fix the front door of the room I stay (first floor). I couldn't open it from inside at first, then I couldn't lock it from outside. Something must be wrong with the electric...

The hotel is updated, modern very clean. Our room was specious, but lacked a few comforts that most hotels offer such as a coffee maker and comfortable chairs to use while relaxing in the room. The room was more than big enough to add a couch or comfortable chair. All they have is a metal uncomfortable office style seat. No coffee in the room or microwave which for me brings my rating down. I do not want to have to get dressed and make my way to the lobby for my first cup of coffee! Staff...

The lady at the front desk was extremely courteous, found a bird that flew into the window and died. We are animal lovers and she was also, she said she would take the bird home and bury it. Amazing. Our annual girls getaway weekend at Destiny, my daughter and I enjoyed every minute. Far safer than in the past, there seems to be more security measures and hopefully, more watching of the parking lot (we’d had our vehicle broken into among several others a while ago but the hotel staff was super supportive). We had a lovely time this long weekend- from checkin to all the housekeeping folks, it was great. Thanks and we look forward to next time.

We were a little skeptical when we first checked in because there were a lot of kids running around back and forth to the pool, but after the pool closed it was nice and quiet. Ashley at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice. Clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Would recommend for a short stay
