"Great location, in front of the train station!! "

"Nice property right near the Rialto bridge so very convenient to get the water taxis to and from the train station. We were hoping to have a small canal view but our room overlooked the building right next door. Room was small but very functional. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Small but good breakfast buffet. "

"The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. I was pleasantly surprised by the good restaurants that are very close to the hotel. Micheles, which was right across the street had awesome food. The surrounding neighborhood was not special to stroll, so that was the only negative. But we were there mainly to visit the canals, so it was perfect for that."

"We took a water bus to the stop and as we disembarked we were worried about how to get to the hotel, and after only walking about 10 steps we saw the front door. Perfect location and great base to walk around the cafes and shops of Venice. I have recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to Venice next year."
