"Good communication with host Andrew before & during the stay. Beautiful location, great pool, clean & comfortable. Plus easy access to Malaga & local towns, we spent a day to complete ‘caminito del rey.’"

"This is a very nice apartment in a good location for touring the area. The host was super responsive to any questions we had and speaks English which was helpful for us. It is easy to walk to the grocery and sites in the town of Antequera. We used it as a base to visit Granada and Cordoba."

"Das Apartment ist in der Anzeige ziemlich gut und korrekt beschrieben. Es ist klein, aber für uns 2 war es völlig ausreichend und in Ordnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was es für einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub braucht, zudem war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Dazu kommt ein für den Gast reservierter Bereich des Gartens mit Liegen/Tisch und Stühlen. Der Bereich schließt sich direkt dem Eingang des Apartments an, er wurde von der Gastgeberin nie betreten und ist auch sonst uneinsehbar vom Rest...

"The beds and pillows are fine for a short stay, but still very firm even by Spanish standards. The power tripped in the middle of the night so this meant all of our fans went out, which woke everyone up - property doesn't have AC. It was an easy fix and out of the owner's control, but I would suggest AC units to them, as it did get very warm even with the fans on (We stayed in late June 2023). For the night, it fit our needs perfectly - price, location, and having 3 bedrooms was a huge plus so...

"This apartment was in the perfect location with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Located directly below the Alcazaba at the edge of the Plaza Coso Viejo. Walking distance to several excellent bars and restaurants as well as many historical sites. Victoria was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely go back..."

"Paqui and Mike are really nice, welcoming , and arranging people, it was a nice to be able to see the feria on the balconny during this week! But the titre is wrong. There was no jacuzzi (since covid19), and no amazing view since it is upstairs, at their home... If you want to see this view, you have to walk up through their house... The only floor you have permanent access to is the first one, with the red couch. The rest is theirs, including the washing machine which you can't use yourself."

"Very cool old building. Our suite was simple but had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was excellent. Since it's rather remote, we had dinner there both nights and did the Camanito del Rey during the day we were there."

Close to Alcazaba

"Very comfortable apartment, top floor with good views. Parking was very easy (wide entrance) and felt secure. Good location, very short walk to the Alcazaba, short walk down into town. Views from rooftop was beautiful. Only thing to note was that a) cleaners in the morning were loud & came into our room with knocking and b) likely because we were on the top floor, the wifi was weak."

We're coming back!

"Beautiful expansive property the grounds surrounding the main traditional "Spanish Villa-style hotel building are as fabulous and beautifully maintained as the building itself. We had drinks and tapas in the bar, and a delicious dinner in the restaurant that was open all day so as we were travel weary it was nice not to have to wait until 8/9-ish to eat dinner. Large choice of wines as well. Everything is clean and comfortable: Bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms are also traditional style ours looked out onto the walled lawns again lawn & shrubs trees well-kept and in the room everything works! Nice hot showers & baths meticulously clean! Plenty of parking - we had a rental car. we didn' get a chance to try the modern gym/pool facility though. We're coming back!"
