"You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD.
This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location
You really need to tell the truth.
The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay."

"Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
