"The place was very clean. It was nice to come to some cold drinks in the refrigerator. The washer with the dryer were a really big upside. The moka pot to make coffee in the morning was also very nice. Would be fantastic if there's air conditioning."

La maison est mitoyenne, avec une autre location et une des chambres se retrouve sous le plancher de l’autre habitation, l’isolation phonique est complètement absente ce qui fait que nous avons l’impression de vivre avec les autres accupants. Fenster und Türen sind einfach verglast und völlig verzogen, so dass man sie nur mit Gewalt öffnen kann.Wenn man die Dusche betätigt, kommt ein übler Geruch aus dem Abfluss und das Wasser läuft nicht ab.
