"Staying here was the most wonderful experience. The house was beautifully presented and had everything you could want and more. The apartment has been decorated tastefully and to the highest standard. It was very comfortable and cosy. The host Alexandra was charming and responsive. The village is lovely with a pretty river running through it. The surrounding area is gorgeous with stunning scenery in every direction. A car is an advantage, but there is a bus service as well. I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a dream French getaway. "

"We loved Chateau de La Loue. The house is beautiful, in an idyllic location. There was lots of space, very well equipped, and the river at the bottom of the garden was stunning. Édouard and Françoise were so helpful and lovely. The house is so well equipped with wetsuits, paddling shoes, fishing rods, boules sets. Everything you need! Even two canoes. Our children loved being in the giant games room in the barn with table football and table tennis. The area is beautiful and our river trip from Ornans back to the house was a highlight. Thank you!
