No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather. Top Camp Richardson Hotel Reviews

3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club

3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club

8/10 Good
"Everything was close by—casinos, shops, and gas stations. You have to watch out for bears; my son went to take out the trash and there was a bear at the dumpster. We notified the person in the office, and they just said not to worry—that it was common for them to come looking for food—but there isn’t a single sign warning that bears might be around the hotel."
