"Arabella overall was an excellent stay. The pools were pristine, very clean. Walking distance to downtown area is a plus! The only issue we really had was with Esther in housekeeping. We had asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd or 3rd day of our stay. We were out for the morning, returned, to a clean room. We went to the pool, and after a little bit, I went back to the room to Esther leaving it. She seemed stunned and exasperated telling me she had so many rooms to clean and her coworker had called off. Thought it was a little strange, she was in our room but also didn’t think too much of it after her complaining… Later that night, my friend pulled her sheets back and a god awful smell filled the room. It was the bedding! We called and asked for new clean bedding which was brought up right away. We changed and put the dirty stuff outside and the smell went away. So we know it was definitely that, and Esther had something to do with it! Other than that, staff was very friendly and accommodating, we needed extras towels and they were brought to us in a timely manner. The breakfast is really good too! The ladies run it so efficiently and everything was delicious! Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be returning! "

"The interior pool was a non-existent it was an outside pool and it was non-functioning at the time. The casino campus was well kept and comfortable however the lodge seems to have fallen and disrepair and definitely needs an upgrade. The room however was clean and comfortable. Very basic and very quiet. Overall it was a nice and safe stay, but not like the pictures. There is no staff at the lodge you have to go to the casino to check in."
