Relax and take in the breathtaking panoramic views at the Verde Victorian - Valley View. Being one of the few Victorian homes in the Verde Valley, this beauty was crafted by a local cabinet maker. You will love the intricate wood detail and charming accents throughout. The cherry on top of this truly unique home is the sweeping views of the valley from every window and outdoor space. The hillside perch provides endless views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains, salt mines, and the vineyards.

The space is incredibly beautiful with it's custom wood finishes and quirky and unique victorian touches throughout. The home was built by a late local cabinet maker, so the wood work is just phenomenal.

The main level is on the second floor of the home, above a garage. You will need to walk up a flight of exterior stairs to get to the main level of the home. The main level boasts a custom kitchen, dining room, reading nook, living room, and a full bath. From the living room you can access a spacious outdoor dining space on the back deck that is partially covered.

Head up another flight of stairs to the top level of the home. Just when you thought the views couldn't get any better, enter the master bedroom oasis. This master bed is loft style with a private en-suite. There is a comfortable sitting area in the master with 180 degree views of the valley and the mountains. The master bath has a huge jetted tub and separate shower. It features two sinks and a sweet makeup vanity.

GUEST ACCESS
There are two separate units on the property, this one is the top level. The two completely separate units do not share any walls, though the common area of this home sits above the garage (no garage access for this unit). This makes for a quiet and private living arrangement. You have access to your own private deck with an outdoor dining table. There is also a shared patio that you are welcome to enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE
The Verde Victorian is a spacious home with a single loft style bedroom. We also offer a very comfy rollaway bed as well as a futon that folds down into a bed. The home can sleep up to four people, but please note it is a only a 1 bed, 2 full bath home.
