Everything was beautiful! We were treated well, rooms were clean and the views were outstanding! We will be making it our regular staycation spot for sure! The ONLY thing that would be nice would be having an elevator, but other than that, it was great!

Clean rooms, friendly and supportive staff, convenient parking, a nice view, and a fantastic location made for a comfortable stay overall. However, the breakfast experience fell short; visiting around 8:30 AM proved quite busy, and the food supply struggled to keep up with demand, resulting in delayed items running out entirely—such as juice and waffle mix—with no refills provided.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable the only thing that annoyed me was the water pressure sucked and the shower heads are so old and I have thick hair so took me a lot longer to wash my hair. Breakfast was good!

Had a great 3 night stay, the rooms have obviously gone through a renovation recently. The only downfall was low water pressure in the shower and the shower heads were too low for me. All rooms face the water for great views. A little easier beach access would be nice.

My room was lovely, the view spectacular. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast which comes with the room was plentiful. Really lovely wait staff in the restaurant. I was able to get a freshly baked croissant one morning which was a great treat! Access to downtown Campbell River is a quick Uber ride. The only draw back is the stairs. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor. So, for those who are housed on the upper floors have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. But, I'm sure if you asked for help they would be more than glad to have someone help you. I can't wait to go back!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful! The place is older and looked outdated, but clean! The lower score was because of the number of things breaking down! Bathroom door in lobby doesn’t lock, The one and only elevator was not working the last couple of days I was there. NO vending machine which was apparently also broken down and the one and only toaster not working properly in buffet… Those little things make a difference…
