The hotel staff were very friendly. The beach is easily accessible — you can walk to it directly from the hotel’s backyard. If you’re planning a ski trip to Mount Washington, this is a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located not far from the resort and is very reasonably priced.

Quaint property somewhat remodeled, but nice. Clean. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Large sauna, so large that the sound echoed to our room when people were noisy inside. It must have closed before 10 tho because it was very quiet then. Beautiful view of the water from the lobby (and possibly from other rooms). We spent very little time there, so it was perfect for our needs.

Parking was adequate, unless you arrive after 10pm. Room was comfortable, would have been nice to have a coffee maker, walls are very thin therefore noise from others coming and going. The area by the water was nice to sit and enjoy the view of the water. Be careful walking on the grass....large dog poop was right outside our room on the grass. :( Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, excellent am coffee, clean and comfortable. Zero soundproofing and plumbing makes loud noises in the middle of the night. I thought the pipes had sprung a leak and the bathroom was maybe flooding. It was just crazy, loud gurgling noises from the sink. Maybe only a bottom floor issue?

Our family stayed at Ocean Resort for three nights and had a really nice, relaxing visit. There are several parking spots right in front of the resort which made things easy. We booked both the queen oceanview room and the 3-bedroom suite. Both were very clean and had a nice beachy feel. Only the queen room had a small balcony. There weren’t any microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms, but there is a shared setup in the lobby. Each room did have a fridge which was helpful. The lobby also has a large dining table, though it closes after 7pm. We were told the hours are shorter during off season. One of our favorite parts of the stay was walking along Oyster Bay there’s so much to see with all the driftwood, rocks, and seashells. It was peaceful and a great way to unwind.
