I dislike leaving bad reviews but had to do it this time. Reception was great! The room…bed sheets felt like they were washed in salt water; sticky and unpleasant to sleep on. The sink leaked. The faucet was not really attached to the surface. The shower would not fully shut off and I never had hot water. The power went out at 20:00 and was still off when I checked out at 07:00. The walls are THIN and the hotel was loud in general, so if you are a light sleeper, stay away. Pick a different hotel because this one is a bummer.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Before arrival, the hotel messaged me asking for a direct bank transfer to a Mexican account to secure my reservation. When Expedia called to investigate, the hotel hung up on them, saying they didn’t speak English. I wanted to cancel but couldn’t—my booking was nonrefundable. At check-in, they charged me more than my confirmed price on Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who tried calling while I stood at reception, but staff refused to answer. A sign at the desk advertised the same room for half the price, but they said the promotion didn’t apply because I booked on Expedia. Our room had no toilet seat. Staff claimed all bathrooms were like that, but two family members staying at the hotel confirmed theirs had seats. Staff then admitted mine was broken by the previous guest but refused to replace it. My young daughters and I had to use the lobby bathroom the entire stay. That night, there was zero running water in the room’s shower or sink. Staff did nothing. The AC only works with a key card, and you only get one. Every time you leave, the AC shuts off, and the room becomes unbearably hot, taking 45+ minutes to cool down. The AC also leaked water, making the floors dangerously slippery. The towel rack was broken, walls were paper thin, and a light fixture had sharp broken glass sticking out. Reception staff sat watching YouTube, refused to help, and said there’s no manager. My two family members also had miserable stays. Do NOT stay here.

El personal no organizaba a la gente en el estacionamiento ya que no cuenta con mucha capacidad para estacionarse todos los autos,se estacionaban como querian y si existian un espacio ya no entrabas por lo mal estacionado que estaban,sobre la limpieza siempre estubo la encarga limpiando, pero el dia que estubo la suplente no me querian limpiar y eso que se les comento que me hicieran la limpieza, creo que a su personal les cuesta ser mas amable, rente una habitacion para 4 personas 2 adultos y 2 niños y solo me dieron 2 toallas y si querias otras tenia un costo eso no se me hizo apropiado, en fin esperemos que el encargado se ponga las pilas y vean que pueden hacer para que la gente salga con mejor actitud de ese hotel

Primero la relación precio-calidad es adecuada, habitación amplia, un poco el tama una cobija adicional estaría bien para los friolentos. me encanto que ya tengan la zona de comedor, una buena opción para mi para salir desayunado del hotel a pasear en la ciudad. Muy contento de mi estancia.

Mala actitud del encargado de recepción. Hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta cuando días antes y dice en las indicaciones que el pago sería a la llegada y por si no fuera suficiente adicional no nos reconocieron el pago lo duplicaron y estoy en proceso de aclaración con el banco. Resumen es un fraude porque si reconocieron que tenía la reservación pero aún así querían que pagara una tercera vez.

Estacionamiento muy pequeño, solo tiene como 5 lugares. Si sales de noche, tendrás que dejarlo en la calle. Las paredes son de tabla roca, prácticamente tengo que escuchar la televisión del vecino... Por otro lado, camas y almohadas cómodas, buena limpieza y servicio. Las toallas ya estan para tirarse. Y el baño muy pequeño. Lo demás todo bien

La propiedad es acorde al precio (no se puede exigir mucho), el estacionamiento en realidad es de unos pocos cajones (5 o 6 máximo), no tiene aislamiento acústico entre las paredes lo que causa que escuches absolutamente todo lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas, si solo estarás una noche te puede servir, pero más de eso, sería bueno que consideres otras opciones en la ciudad

Las habitaciones muy mal estado sucias con animales o chinches en los muebles se quedó sin agua todo el hotel por la mañana y el personal contesta groseramente no es su problema si te hacen perder tu día de trabajo muy despota el personal no lo recomiendo piénsenlo dos veces antes de pasar un mal rato los videos de los animales están en google Maps reseñas
