"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. "Primera habitación sin limpiar. Me cambian a otra (me dice la chica que me avisará y después de mucho rato bajo a recepción y ya se había ido) y ésta no tiene papel higiénico ni perchas. "The most amazing welcome, from a lady who comes from Sant Cugat del Valles, which I know well. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, internet access worked well. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both absolutely fine. "The hotel was located 5 minutes drive outside Oviedo. It was an old elegant property built in the 1930’s to a very high standard. It was surrounded by extensive grounds and had excellent views over Oviedo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was of a very high standard.
