I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

Hotel muito bonito, ótima localização, quarto grande, mas precisa de manutenção. A cama não era confortável, a TV não funcionava direito, nem a regulagem do chuveiro. Café da manhã ótimo.

Desorganizado, barulhento e queriam arrumar confu!

Eu não achei um bom hotel ! Eles recebem muita gente para cursos e convenções então acaba sendo bem barulhento e desorganizado. O restaurante tem poucas opções de pratos e o prato que eu pedi tinha pouca comida. Na academia os equipamentos são bem velhos e precisando de manutenção urgente, sem falar quea sala estava bem suja. No check-out queriam me cobrar um valor de refeição que não correspondia ao valor que estava no cardápio. Enfim quiseram arrumar confusão sem necessidade, pois eu não me recusei a pagar. Eu só queria pagar o preço justo.

ZELADORIA URGENTE

Fui pela última vez em 2020 e voltando 5 anos depois confesso ter ficado decepcionado. Hotel precisa se reformas urgente no meu quarto paredes mofadas, porta do banheiro pendurada a ponto de cair, tampa do vazo quebrada, torneira da pia solta e com pouca água, toalhas manchadas, piscina suja, cheiro horrível de urina ao redor dela (provavelmente dos pets), lixo no entorno, espreguiçadeiras sujas, cadeiras e guarda sóis quebrados e sujos; o restaurante foi terceirizado e oferece poucas opções e os preços bem salgados (iscas de frango 55,00 fritas 40,00 porções minúsculas (café da manhã bom) enfim ja devo ter mais de 15 diárias somando todas e sempre gostei do local mas creio que essa foi a última vez infelizmente o local tem potencial mas a gestão precisa agir e devolver o padrão de anos atrás. Funcionários foram atenciosos desde o inicio foi o que salvou a hospedagem.

Hotel bem aconchegante, recepção rápida e efetiva. Quarto confortável, cheiroso, ar condicionado bom. Antigo, mas bem limpo e conservado. Ressalto como pontos negativos o travesseiro (muito baixinho e não confortável) e termos sido acordados as 8h30 por um funcionário batendo na porta (por engano, segundo ele) - após, tentamos voltar a dormir, porém muito barulho dos funcionários no corredor.
