Great place with clean nice room, and delicious breakfast. Only one elevator was working which took time to move in the building.

Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil.

Super friendly staff, but the bathroom had mold, old bath towels, and some of the furniture was very used/needs updating. The location is very convenient but it's downtown, not in Cambui as described. The amenities are nice, the gym looks way bigger in the pictures than in person. Relatively small gym.

Muito bom

No geral o hotel é muito bom e confortável. Café da manhã gostoso e funcionários muito simpáticos, o que fez toda a diferença. Unico ponto negativo: quando iniciam as limpezas nos quartos próximos, faz muito barulho, atrapalhando quem quer dormir até mais tarde.

Uma Estadia Inesquecível (Pelos Motivos Errados)

As toalhas, ah, as toalhas! Tão macias quanto uma lixa de parede, elas proporcionaram uma esfoliação completa e inesperada após o banho. Conveniência é tudo, não é mesmo? E por falar em banho, a cama prometia uma noite de sono "revigorante". Com um colchão que parecia ter testemunhado a história de 30 anos da hotelaria e outro, mais "jovem", de apenas 15 anos, o resultado foi um desnível épico, perfeito para quem aprecia um bom desafio de equilíbrio enquanto dorme. Mas a cereja do bolo foi o serviço de manobrista. Solicitei o carro do conforto do meu quarto, apenas para ser informado de que o serviço só estaria disponível quando eu, o hóspede pagante, estivesse no térreo, pois o local estava "lotado". Ao chegar ao térreo, em um impressionante tempo de menos de 1 minuto, a cena era de puro movimento: um recepcionista em animada conversa e absolutamente nenhum carro à vista. O meu, claro, demorou a chegar, talvez estivesse ocupado curtindo a paisagem. E para coroar a experiência, a "cortesia" do late check-in. Paguei alegremente meia diária para entrar míseras 5 horas antes do horário oficial. A recompensa? Um quarto sem cartão de acesso. Sem energia. Sem luz. Sem possibilidade de carregar meu celular. Após heroicos 10 minutos no breu, retornei à recepção, onde fui informado de que o cartão ainda não estava pronto. Mesmo pegando o cartão apenas às 17h, a meia diária foi cobrada integralmente por essa aventura de "10 minutos sem energia no quarto"

Quarto confortável, wifi estável, café da manhã com muita variedade, área de lazer funcionando perfeitamente e ótima localização. Ponto a melhorar: manobrista de carros. Algumas vezes, mais no início da estadia principalmente, não consegui pegar app na área correta porque tinha um carro parado na porta do hotel, algumas vezes até na contra-mão.

Uma estadia de qualidade e conforto

Fui muito bem atendido durante todos os momentos. A acomodação dispunha de uma cama e roupa de cama excelentes. O banheiro estava bem limpo e tanto a pia quanto o chuveiro possuem opções de água quente e fria, roupas de banho também foram disponibilizadas (sabonete, xampu e condicionador foram cortesias). Guarda-roupas com cabides, cofre seguro, sofá, mesa com cadeiras, televisor, ar-condicionado também estavam a disposição para uso. Em minha avaliação é uma ótima opção devido a todos os benefícios e a boa localização. Adicionalmente, o café da manhã (em meu pacote) estava incluso, também excelente.

Tive dificuldade para tentar alterar a data, a localização é boa, mas em frente a uma praça com alguns dependentes químicos. O hotel parece passar por transformação lenta (um colchão era bom, o outro péssimo; uma toalha de banho era boa, a outra péssima). Café da manhã do sábado com muito pão, farinha branca. Nada de muita qualidade, mas atendeu bem.
