Exceptional Service

Great, very friendly and hospitable staff. It was my birthday when I arrived, the front desk realized that and within 30 minutes I had a beautiful arrangement of deserts delivered to my room. A big thank you to the complete team at the Royal Palm Tower Anhanguera. I will return one day.

The property is clean and inviting with some amenities. I found the room to be very small and lacking minor things like tissues, directory of hotel services, price list for bar items. In addition, parking was not included in the hotel room price but was charged separately. In spite of these things, though, the facility was pleasant and convenient.

Great, but check for voltage requirements

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. I am only reducing one star because the voltage was only 220 and they did not have any converters. However, I should have looked into this prior to booking but it was a very last minute, 1-night stay on our way to somewhere else. However if you are coming from out of the county and have specific needs for 110 (in this case it was my husband’s cpap), just make sure you check that any hotel has what you may need. Aside from this everything was great.

ATENDIMENTO E INSTALAÇÕES MEDIANAS

Uma pena que a piscina nao seja aquecida, com todo este calor foi dificil entrar. O cafe´da manhã foi bem frustrante, deveria have mais opçoes de bolachas, bolos etc... Deveria haver um ponto para café expresso. E outro ponto horroso foi a cadeira do quarto, encosto quebrado, eu quase cai soltando o corpo. A cadeira ficou sem usar pois era impossivel. Lamentavel um hotel deste nivel permitir uma cadeira destas no apartamento, e nao deve ser a unica. Eu avisei na recepçao, fico imaginando se trocaram, e eu nao devo ter sido o primeiro a reclamar....e ela continuava lá.
