A estrutura do hotel é ótima, porém o hotel está largado, piscina climatizada porém todo dia tinha que reclamar pois ela está fria e desligada, lixos na mesas da piscina da noite anterior, chão, mesas e cadeiras da piscina parece que nunca virão uma água, já tinha ido algumas vezes e não estava assim não

A melhor nota que dou se dá pela atenção recebida do gerente ao questionar muitos itens, especialmente de limpeza e higiene. Prontamente ele foi conversar pessoalmente comigo, se desculpar e buscar solucionar os pontos de atenção. No mais, com relação ao hotel, a área de lazer e restaurante (especialmente o almoço) foram excelentes, contudo, a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, assim como a condução e demora da recepção acionar responsáveis para solucionar a questão (chuveiro enferrujado, lençol rasgado, cabelos espalhados, luzes com mal contato e piscando, sanitário extremamente sujo e outros.

Dias de lazer

Tive uma experiência muito boa, tirei uns dias para descanso com meu filho, área de lazer para criança é uma delícia eles conseguem brincar na piscina temos uma visão deles no geral, tudo muito limpo a piscina em geral é tb quarto limpos um bom café da manhã, atendimento pessoal do bar na piscina excelente e tb do restaurante funcionários simpáticos especialmente a Rita que fica no restaurante que foi super atenciosa com a gente, super indico e com certeza voltarei mais vezes com meu filho !

A estadia foi boa. Mas no primeiro dia percebi que o banheiro não foi limpo adequadamente, pois alguns pedaços de papel higiênico picado se mantiveram. O cobertor da cama apresentava manchas. Academia não estava limpa. As demais, ok.

Bangalô inseguro para crianças

Essa é a terceira vez que ficamos no hotel. Nas útimas duas, ficamos nos bagalôs da parte de cima. Dessa vez, ficamos no bangalô em cima da piscina aquecida. Achamos muito insegura para a nossa criança, pois as janelas não possuem tela de proteção e também não há mosqueteiro. Muito perigoso, pois seria uma queda de um 1° andar de um prédio. Fui até a recepção questinar se poderíamos trocar por algum outro bangalô térreo (que, inclusive, seria inferior ao nosso), mas, até o final da nossa estadia, não tivemos devolutiva da recepcão.

Hotel excelente para casais com crianças pequenas. Só recomendo que repensem os cardápios em qr-code, pois existem muitos idosos que têm tido dificuldade para entender esse processo. De resto tudo ótimo.

Limpeza a desejar

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura. Mas, deixou a desejar na limpeza. Piso do quarto ensebado. Banheiro pior. Cheio de limo( com tantos produtos que limpam bem isso) tinham muitos cabelos na parede do box. E o chão tão gorduroso que escorregava. Não sei se por ser mês de férias as piscinas estavam sujas. Parecendo que não passa por uma limpeza há tempos. As piscinas cobertas além da cor suja muitos insetos e bichos mortos boiando. Talvez fora de temporada a limpeza seja mais eficiente.
