Precisa melhorar a limpeza

Razoável, principalmente quanto à limpeza do quarto/banheiro. Ficamos de sexta a domingo e o quarto não foi arrumado no sábado. Chegamos a falar com a camareira que estava no corredor e ela comentou que o nosso quarto era responsabilidade da colega dela e iria avisá-la. O atendimento na recepção é bom, são gentis. O café da manhã é bom também.

O quarto é aquele design antigo, mas que me agrada, talvez os quartos superiores sejam renovados. Mas pra mim, mais importante que design ou renovação é limpeza. E esse Ibis tem! Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui.

Quarto sem revestimento acústico e não arrumação

Logo ao chegar ao hotel me foi oferecido um quarto no andar térreo, próximo à recepção. Argumentei se o quarto teria revestimento acústico, me foi respondido por um segundo atendente que sim, que a porta era “grossa” e impedia a passagem do som. Contudo, para minha surpresa o quarto não possui revestimento acústico, o que trouxe prejuízos para minhas atividades no dia seguinte. Já às 3:00 horas da manhã tive que retornar à recepção para pedir a substituição do quarto. Fui prontamente atendido. No dia seguinte, logo cedo ao deixar o hotel, deixei pendurado na porta do quarto a solicitação de arrumação e troca das toalhas, mas não houve a troca. Somente no dia seguinte os ajustes foram providenciados.

Hotel velho e sem manutenção, O ar-condicionado fss as faltava a estrutura plástica frontal. O comando do ar na parede não funcionava. O ar-condicionado apenas ventilava e o quarto extremamente quente. Muito desconforto.

Hotel abandonou a manutenção. Iluminação muito fraca nos quartos. Tapetes nos corredores faltando pedaços, concreto do piso visível na junção da formação em frente as portas dos quartos. Ma vontade do atendente no check in, pedi o quarto em andar mais alto e a resposta é que não dava porque o hotel estava lotado, isso as 14:00horas de uma segunda feira. O primeiro quarto que me deram teve que ser trocado porque a televisão estava caída a 45 graus. Enfim, o hotel me pareceu largado …

Faltou edredom para usar na estadia. Me deram um cobre leito improvisado. E ainda vi a atendente pegando este cobre leito em uma sala que estava escrito serviço para limpeza, posso estar errado, mas será que é uma sala para lavar o que está sujo ? Enfim, serviço ruim.

O café da manhã só foi servido a partir das 7h da manhã e tanto nós quanto outros hóspedes não foram informados no momento do check in. Pela primeira vez fiquei em um hotel que não tinha ovos no café da manhã. Tive que ir até a recepção de madrugada (porque não atendiam pelo telefone) para buscar cobertores e lençol porque não prepararam o quarto para 3 pessoas conforme a reserva online.

É um Ibis, então já sabemos o que esperar. O que surpreendeu negativamente é que o ar condicionado simplesmente não funconava ou, quando funcionava, não esfriava nada. Isso é muito ruim para uma cidade quente como Campo Grande.

Presenciei várias pessoas reclamando, pois acidade recebeu no período 1200 pessoas para eventos nacionais, e a estrutura geral da cidade não me pareceu preparada para tanto.

De razoável para ruim. Reclamei do ar condicionado 2 vezes e não foi resolvido, a sorte é que o tempo esfriou, pq o quarto estava muito quente na primeira noite e no primeiro dia. Sem opções de lanches ou alimentação fora do horário de café e jantar.
