"It is a lovely flat overall, we liked the space in the bathroom, the dining area and the patio. Bedding needs improvement as 2 have to share one blanket on each bed and the blankets /sheets are made for summer, not for spring, fall or winter when it is chilly outside. As soon as somebody lives in the flat upstairs, it is disturbing as one can hear everything below even if people are not loud when speaking. "Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. "Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. Die nahe Autobahnbrücke hat nicht gestört. Der tägliche Fussweg zum Strand von 10 Minuten ist absolut OK. wir haben es sehr genossen und Andrea hat regelmässig nachgefrag, ob alles gut ist.
