In the town you can find clubs, shops, supermarkets and all the services necessary to make your holiday pleasant. Also very convenient for reaching the sandy beach of Procchio which is only a few minutes away by car. Optimal position to come to Elba
Free portion on three sides with independent entrance, composed of living room with kitchenette and induction hob, double bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower cubicle, a wooden staircase leads to the attic part with double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle. Enclosed garden equipped for outdoor dining. Parking space, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Pets allowed on request with supplement. Linen not available. Groups of children are not accepted.
