"Very cool set up on the beach, sunrise over the sea with a desert sunset can not be beat. The kayak and paddleboard were a bonus. House was clean and as described. Host was accommodating, good communication, instructions were clear and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again."

"We loved the location and the host Ernesto, both are excellent. However the house does need a little upgrade for the priceLimited hot water, no water coming out of the hot water taps. We did have wifi and enjoyed the restaurant and bar that is right beside. It was a unique experience!!"

"The place was very cute and spacious. You can walk right down to the beach and see the beautiful sunrise. The mattress was a little lopsided but we were so tired at the end of each day that we still knocked right out. Very off grid and peaceful location."

"Horrible experience! I reserved and paid for this property six months prior to arrival. The host accepted my rental request and payment. I received notifications from Vrbo letting me know that my rental is coming up. I received no communications from the host and when I showed up at the security gate, the security guard reached out to the host and he claimed that he had not accepted the VRBO reservation and I then found out that he had rented out all three of his properties in the development to a larger group leaving my group with nothing at all. The weekend we were staying at this property is very popular and everything else in town was sold out. It was a very stressful situation! Just be very careful and make sure that your listing is confirmed with the host before doing anything with this particular property."

"Beautiful home with amazing views! We loved how close the beach was to the house. The home was fully equipped to make it a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool. It’s close to the town of San Felipe, the marina for fishing charter, the giant cacti and atv rentals. We will definitely be booking another family vacation to this house."
