"Hotellet er et golf-resort, der reklamerer med pool og roof-top bar. Poolen var virkelig lille og lugtede jordslået, så man havde ikke lyst at bade i den. Restauranten på stedet havde desværre en ret dårlig service og mad, der ikke levede op til den ellers flotte beskrivelse i menukortet. Det er en grill-restaurant og kødet var godt og vel tilberedt. Resten var skuffende og ekstremt salt. De tilbyder måske 30 forskellige gin tonic på kortet, men man følte ikke rigtig at bartenderen egentlig...

"Beautiful setting with nice peaceful surroundings and great views, but what was even better was the incredibly friendly service and staff and the easy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the hotel breakfast was remarkably good (great variety, really good basic items and regional specialties). Totally worth the extra drive up into the mountains (which was actually only a few minutes past Trento)."

Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. "Excellent hotel in Pinzolo. We enjoyed the small but clean and functional spa after walking and cykling in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and professional. What potential guests should be aware about is that the church bells ring every hour throghout the night. "

"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. We enjoyed staying there and Will definitely go back again. "
