Bonne emplacement, la mer a 150 metres

Maison belle d extérieur, mais l intérieur odeurs de moisissure car gros dégâts des eaux. La propriétaire devra faire de gros travaux. La clim dégage une mauvaise odeurs+ un fuite au niveau du tuyau de gaz. Faire attention à pas trop mètre la clim car le surcoût est pas donné, on a rajouté de l argent. Abritel vend du rêve car il n' y a pas de wifi et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Ruhiges Häuschen

Objekt sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Von dort ist die Umgebung, wie Cefalu, Termini gut zu erreichen. Signora Enza vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit. Vermieterin Signora Francesca telefonischer Kontakt, sehr nett und freundlich. Habe nichts zu beanstanden. Empfehlenswert.

Nice house with everything you need located in a calm area, just a few meters a from the sea.

The house is located very well. Calm, next to the sea and close to the highways for excursions to other towns in Sicily. The house was very clean and has everything you need. Francesca is a very caring host, was always available and helped with everything.

Nice house with good starting point for excursions

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Sicily and in this house. There was everything you need (if you want to self-catering). On the beautiful terrace we had breakfast in the morning. You can very well "lounge in the sun" because nobody can see you from the outside. The beach was a few minutes walk away - a small beach promenade is a further walk away (noise we did not hear). To sum up, I'd like to say that everything was fine. :)

The house is spacious, quiet and lovely.

The host was very helpful with food recommendations. The house is spacious, quiet and lovely. It was nice to sit near it in the evenings, and the see is not far. We did not find soap, coffee and similar things (it was not a problem for as, but it may be in some cases)

"Het huis voldeed volledig aan de beschrijving en de getoonde foto,s. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aawezig.Het weer was schitterend dus elke avond tot bijna middernacht buitenzitten op het mooie overdekte terras.De tuin rondom is ook erg mooi.Vanuit Campofelice met de trein naar Palermo was ook geweldig.De communicatie met Francesca was duidelijk en prettig.Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad! The villa was nicer than what we expected and was decked out with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the garden and eating our meals out on the patio.It was only a few minutes walk to the beach which was really convenient.

"Rientrati da poco dalla vacanza, possiamo dire che siamo più che soddisfatti, era da tempo che non ci capitava un alloggio perfetto come questo. la villetta è ubicata ad un chilometro dal paese ma tranquilla e di facile accesso. la villetta è effettivamente vicina al mare, percorendo per 3 minuti a piedi una strada asfaltata si raggiunge una grande spiaggia sabbiosa ed un mare stupendo adatto anche ai meno esperti del nuoto come me. La villetta è conforme all''annuncio pubblicato sul sito, anzi posso dire che la villetta è ancora meglio dal vivo. l''appartamento è comodo e sufficientemente fornito di tutto quello che serve in una casa e l''arredamento è ben curato in ogni suo particolare Le stanze sono aereaete ideali per poter riposare senza soffrire il caldo. La villetta è inserita in un ottimo contesto verde con uno spazioso patio attrezzato e sempre ventilato. Il grande giardino a disposizione degli ospiti è una grande ricchezza per i bambini sempre liberi di giocare in un ambiente proteto e pulito. Per la sua posizione geografica, la villetta è adatta anche per chi vuole visitare le bellezze artistiche e naturali di Cefalù (dista 9 Km) Palermo (dista 46 km.)e le località montane delle Madonie. Per il clima mite del posto, la villetta è adatta anche per una vacanza in periodi diversi da quelli estivi.
