SIMON HOTEL APRILIA
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great 3-night stay at Simon hotel. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers lots of choices and vast variety of morning drinks. Location is also great, within a walking distance from the train station, next to different shops. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful. The room and property were modern, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast included a wide selection and was great. The restaurant was closed while we were there due to vacation. A large grocery store (Eselunga) with a small snack bar is located across the street."

"This property is outside of central Rome. It has a direct train connection to central Rome and the train station is a 5min drive up the road. The hotel does not offer shuttles to and from the train station however. The property is well maintained although slightly dated. They offer a great breakfast. The pool is very nice and clean."

"The hosts, Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara have thought about everything in this accomodation, it is immaculately presented, every conceivable aid is provided from all utensils, more than enough crockery, coffee machines complete with coffee granuals and a bumper welcome pack with milk, pasta, passata, bread, and more to get you started.The pool was wonderful, warm and clean, complete with it’s own aqua-bot which really impressed our son, he was fascinated by it as it travelled around the bottom of the pool and occasionally climbed the sides for air. The whole accommodation experience was just so comfortable, especially the beds, I haven’t slept so well for a while.If you have any problems, or queries or just would a like a meal booking, just get in touch with the hosts and they will be more than happy to arrange it for you.On one evening Farbrizio even made us a wonderful Pasta Amatrichiana, it was simply devine and just another example of the generosity and kindness of the hosts.You do need to be careful on the road to the property, it is in quite a poor state, this is of course of no fault of the hosts, but so much so that i got a puncture, but a quick call to the hosts and Fabrizio turned up and put the spare wheel on for me, just another example of there kindness and generosityNothing is too much for these people, they make your stay as stress free and enjoyable as they possible can.Thank you and much love to Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara from the Stevenson Family xx"
Cape House

"Good people are the best asset in any place, and Cape House is blessed with amazing people. The cleaning staff are friendly and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness. And Fabio takes great care to ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after. He found me a quiet place to work away from the noise of some renovations that were in progress a couple of days, and kindly gifted a bottle of wine to compensate for any inconvenience that the work may have caused. The place itself is also lovely. Located close to a couple of lakes and the pope’s summer residence. Also a short drive or train ride into Rome. Yet far enough out of the city to hear birds rather than constant traffic. And very quiet during the night. The kitchen is well equipped for the simple meals one makes when away from home. And the mattress and furniture are comfortable. I enjoyed a week at Cape House and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone travelling in the area."

"I stayed here for a month. It was perfect. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. It was very private and quiet and the terrace was lovely- sunset views every night. Everything was clean and the location is very convenient to the center of the town. I was very comfortable here. "

"Everything was stand out. Our hosts Roberta and Stefano were wonderful, great communication, caring and provided information of area activities and attractions. Every detail of the house is thoughtful and well designed and maintained. Excellent spot to explore the Castelli Romani and a quick train ride into Roma. Highly recommend this property and we have stayed at many Vrbo's."
