"The hotel needs a makeover as it is old and tired and is more like a Holiday Inn than a Radisson Blu. The doors do not close quietly and people arriving at rooms in the middle of the night have to slam doors to close it. Walls are thin and noise travel. Construction on 4th floor sounded like next door on the 7th. When rooms next door were occupied, could clearly hear conversations. It is not close to city centre."

The electric curtains were not connected properly and the television was glitching. Staff were very nice and location was good. This is a 7 out of 10 for me. It felt a bit tired. "
