"I love the location! It made the stay so pleasant. We felt like we were living in a movie. It is a few blocks from St. Marks square and we could just go downstairs and have plenty of restaurant's and shops at our disposal. We were in the annex and we did have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room which was not super convenient but I was aware of this before checking in. It is understandable being in an old historical town with little space and having modern conveniences doesn't alway work."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was traditional and beautiful. Our room (121) was amazing with views over the canal and Rialto Bridge. Yes, a bit noisy on a Friday night when the well deserved locals had a few drinks but the general hub of the canal and atmosphere was well worth it. Breakfast was more than adequate. We never needed lunch. Meal in the Rialto Restaurant was very nice. The terrace was very nice for an afternoon drink. We'd definitely stay again."

"This is a very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet area, but also near many restaurants and transportation stops. Facing the canal. Walking distance to the train station. The service was excellent. "
